PLP I's a honey trap to allure bankers-AIBEA and other Workmen union MOVE TOWARDS TRAP

Take a look in gist points in Charter of Demands submitted by 5 Workmen Unions (AIBEA, NCBE, BEFI, INBEF, NOBW) and 4 Officer Unions (AIBOC, AIBOA, INBOC, NOBO).

Here what is most striking is Workmen Unions are favouring the traditional % game as their maximum demand is 25% hike for Substaffs and 20% hike for Clerks in revised payscale after addition of load factor. "Jaisa naam vaisa hi kaam" CHV {(CHAVANNI=QUARTER ie; 25%)}
It implies "CHAVANNI NETA KI CHAVANNI SOCH" 

Also from their letters and communications to IBA it is very much clear that they are very much interested and Keen to talk on Performance linked incentive scheme as proposed by IBA if wage hike is substantially improved from previous offer of 10% hike by IBA and additionally Performance Linked incentive is added. Now question arises How Workmen performance will be assessed ? As they have finite duties of working in Cash counters and outside cheque clearing and SB Accounts opening related works Maximum. So why they are interested to talk on Performance linked incentive common bankers have to apply their mind ? In my opinion though it sounds lucrative in getting additional incentive other than Salary hike. But It's a honey trap to allure bankers. Once Performance based Incentive is introduced. It will pave the way for Performance Based salary in future Settlements and ultimately leads towards Privatization as in most MNCs, Pvt Banks, Insurance company this system of fixed pay and variable incentive based pay system already exists. This PLI(Performance Linked Incentive) will lead to more exploitation of Junior employees by their seniors in terms of achieving unrealistic targets unethically for the greed of incentive.

It is also clear from the Charter of Demands of Officer Unions that all officer unions are in favour of salary hike Equivalent to min basic salary concept at par with 7th CPC Recommendations and are opposing the Performance Linked incentive proposal by IBA. Also given call for 2 days strike from 26/09/2019 to 27/09/2019 then Indefinite strike from second week of November 2019 onwards for pressing their demands as per COD (Charter of Demands).

But to all Banker's surprise Workmen Unions especially majority union AIBEA office bearers clearly indicated they will not participate in those strike calls given by Officer Unions. What does it indicates ? AIBEA and other Workmen union wants to continue with their begging % game and are least bothered for employees welfare. Every Banker should stop blindly following your leaders and apply their mind & common sense and decide yourself what is better for you ? Begging % game or Salary equivalent to Central Govt Employees ?
