Failure is the pillar of success - is main slogan of our so called union leader

Perks provided to Employees are considered as income and tax applied. Whether the same is applied to Member of Parliment/ Assembly also. If not, why Exemption is not demanded by Trade Unions.

Already demand raised with no success. (For gratuity). Case has been filed in Delhi H.C. Awaiting hearing/ result.

These so called leaders have done nothing in this regard.

They are all selfish and corrupt. That's why I said don't have faith in them.
I do not know about tax on perks to MLA/MPs. So, I am not commenting on this particular matter. But generally, these union/association leaders are useless and you can assess their negotiating skills by analysing the results of the last 3/4 bipartite settlements in banks.

All mla, MP gets pension who holds the position for mere 5years! And no pension for people working for 20-30 years service!
Unions should go to supreme Court citing this inequality!

in UP state govt paid iT dues of MLA s since 1981 as per media

Do you think they will be able to achieve such an exemption{if eligible}? Their negotiation is only with IBA. Not with government. Government has to take a decision.

Even wage negotiation - They are not able to clinch a deal.

Gratuity enhanced to Govt employees to 20 lakhs w.e.f 1.1.2016. They are not able to negotiate (with GOI through IBA or directly) and get it for Bank employees.

You still believe in their negotiation skills. I think you are either living in a different world or day dreaming.

I really appreciate of banker  for   continued faith in those so called   leaders.

1>Gratuity enhancement date not change-    failure of so called leader
2> Bipartite not done timely-failure of so called leader
3>SBI, BOB merger completed = failure of so called leader
4> family pension not updated- failure of so called leader
5>5 days banking not done-   failure of so called leader
6>Waage not as per with CPC   -  failure of so called leader
7> Mediclaim facilities implemented by IBA-  failure of so called leader
8>UFBU  not united   - failure of so called leader

failure is the pillar of success

Best wishes to you.
