This is the dirty tricks of iba to defer the strike. Officers union should go on proposed strike until or unless getting assurance from govt.on the issue of bank merger and ateast 20 percent offer from iba.

Aiboc on right track. This time bipartite should be signed for parity with Central government employees covering future pay hike so that time and again strike pain and drama can be ended.

Started with 2 percent now 12 just like shrewd business manit shows if enhancement is enormous. Fact remains that anti employees attitude of iba. Why not plp in other govt. Deptts.pension upgradation, merger of spl.pay in basic.medical insurance like central govt employees and of course burden of work far more then any other govt.staff are the key issues which are not going to be achieved easily. Unity among ufbu constituents is of great importance. Just attending the meetings without gaining significantly is wastage of time and depressing for bankers
So be united and agitational attitude can bring cheers to the banking ferernity.so leave pessimissiom.use every social media platform to achive the goal
