All of you already read the strike circular that only officers union of bankers call on two days strike from 25th midnight to 27th midnight including two days holiday which will create a good impact on Govt. request to all work man union of banking industry to call on strike from 30.09.2019 to 01.10.2019 another two days
If it is possible then definitely govt will rethink our demand.
WE can confirm our wage demand
We can implement 5 days banking
we can confirm new name after amalgamation
No one is ready to hear soft target either IBA or Government.Two days strike has got no meaning and will not affect the Government or IBA, the pet of ministry of finance. At least in September one week strike call is imminent and if not resolved than immediately after giving notice as per requirements one month strike . It will serve the purpose. AIBOC leader should have courage to call strike although strike call should have been given earllier when IBA slapped on the face of bank leaders by offering 2 percent increase in wage bill. It shows leaders are not demanding proper wage increase but they are begging before iBA, which is not shame to leaders only but it is a slaap on the face of our employees who are performing their duties more than nay government employees , then why there are so much gap between the wage of Government employees and bankers
All the members should post their msgs. to their respective unions through whattsapp, facebook or directly to their union office. If We don't react on this, We aren't eligible to criticize them.

Strike indefinite if having guts why to waste money and fooling people even best coeporation strike for 8 days for their demands bank uniou murdabad agent se bhara hai Union only levy and arrears and monthly fee
