Instead of united AIBEA continous throwing stone toward AIBOC

TIGER DOES NOT CHANGE ITS SPOTS WHILE CHAMELEONS DO....*
The ill motivated, so called high voltage campaign for the proposed strike by the Officer community led by AIBOC is nothing but a diversionary tactic to hide its own inadequacies.
AIBOC claim to be the largest *supervisory* cadre organisation in the world. Atleast, in theory, it also has the primary responsibility to take the wage negotiations to its logical end. AIBOC is solely responsible for the messing up of present wage negotiations. Hysteric with the mind set of of Bipartite on CPC lines, minimum wage theory, fractured mandate etc., suddenly they broke away and fractured the negotiations in November 2018. Is it not a fact that they were a party to the negotiations till then, when negotiations were going on as per wage load theory? Suddenly they come out with the theory of conducting negotiations as per the charter of demands and were in oblivion for more than half an year. In fact, the entire UFBU, for the sake of unity, waited for AIBOC to return to the table. The leadership of AIBOC is a confused lot now.
Now, they have announced a strike against mergers and demanding early wage revision. Where were these messiahs when associate banks were merged with SBI? What were their stand when on umpteen number of times, AIBEA and other unions went on strike against Privatisation? When more than 10 crore workers under the banner of Central Trade Unions struck work on different occasions, losing their wages, demanding protection of jobs, job security, public sector banking etc, these *'super vision'* people were totally *blind*, not even morally supporting the strike actions.
The best reason to blow the issues now and mingling mergers with wage talks is nothing but to smoke screen their short comings and also to blunt the future criticism and comments from their own camp, as they are well aware that their demands defy common sense and logic.
Those who have not gone through the pages of history are articulating in social media as if AIBEA is afraid of strikes and AIBOC is the torch bearer. We have to remind that those who are in the dark and yet to see the light of the day cannot be a torch bearer.
The first All India Strike by bank employees was conducted by AIBEA 65 years back and AIBEA has conducted one hour, one day, two day strikes, lightning strikes, intermittent strikes and indefinite strikes. No body need teach AIBEA as how to strike where and when to strike. With others, without others, inspite of other unions staying away, in the last 25 years, AIBEA has led more than 40 strikes just to defend public sector banking alone. In how many strikes, the supervisors have participated?
The demands and approach of AIBEA was and is one of consistency and guided by pragmatism. The approach is always transparent and sincere. There is no derailment in its vision, never claiming it as super.
The diversionary tactic, dubious role and the diabolic stand of AIBOC is not new. It is evident from good old days, be it the Pension issue or the relativity issue. In this vitiated environment of motivated confusion let loose by AIBOC, it is really sad that all the other officer unions have followed suit. These people should realise, division will only derail the process…

I am not aware what had happened in the past. Analysing history is subjective matter.

But today aiboc is on right track. Aibea seems to detail the process. If aibea is so worried about it members then it should have achieved some thing remarkable during past one decade. Increase in 200 rupees in annual medical reimbursement is shown as great achievement. This itself shows that aibea weak leadership.

Don't worry after some time history will be remember chv as weak and selfish leader
