But please motivate these old people take promotion..They are experienced and bank's higher posts required them but unfortunately due to fear of transfer they never take promotion and a clerical or scale 1 retiree cry always for DGM/GM level Pension..
And with these old guys sick mindedness youngsters are also following the same manner as these old people followed not opting for promotion.
Every time when settlement going to be in final stage due to Pension it gets delayed...Why Why Why..
We young banker crying for the future nowdays due to higher competative level and tension for Privatisation but doing our best to save banking...but these pensioners think that young bankers are just waste...
This is conform fake news only 5th Saturday holiday means in 2021 banker get 4days additional holiday
