Till today bank job is better than any other job... So love your bank and enjoy the job

It is Mr Grag payslip in sep. 2014 when joined bank as scale 1... and he took promotion in april 2019 and his  salary slip as scale 2 in sep 2020...... it does not include SFF, petrol allowance, entertainment expenses, festival advance, cleansing expenses, newspaper allowance, medical aid, LFC/LTC and many other interest benefits in staff loans...and after 11th bps gross salary will cross 80k....just 6 years of service....due to this job he had travelled by air ist time in life... He had also bought  his  new car....and  also started constructing his  new house...installment oh HL will start from Oct 2021..... but still here people are abusing..... I am sure due to job we all have achieved few of our dreams and will achieve many of our dreams in coming years and we are living a respectful and decent life... so please stop abusing your bank and job friends.....love it and enjoy it

You have given story of an officer who compl just 6 years. Why you are not giving a similar comparison who has completed 30 years of service.

Mr. Leader: Please send a comparison chart of any Central Govt. Officer or LIC officer with the Bank Officer.

This is the amount a Bank officer is getting after slogging from 9.45 AM to 8 PM and even on holidays (various camps/melas/lok adalats etc. etc etc.

Not to mention daily dose of scolding from higher office for not achieving unachievable bogus targets.

To show a more rosy picture for Bank Officer: you may also may also mention the scope of cut money possible for each loan sanction.

A VERY SATISFIED BANKER

Dear, Satisfaction is not related to money. One person may be satisfied with Rs 10,000/- salary and the other may remain dissatisfied with Rs 2 Lakh or Rs 10 lakh salary.

The question here is whether Bankers are getting their just dues (Compensation) proportionate to their work load/risk or not? The question is whether our leaders are negotiating properly and honestly for the Bank men or not. The Bipartite settlements since last 3-4 settlements are big failures. It is like IBA & UFBU are in same side of the coin and the Bank employees & Pensioners are on other side of the coin. IBA and UFBU are not doing negotiation here. They are just fixtures(DALALS) and playing with lives and happiness of lakhs of Bank men.

Creation of Special Allowance, 2% load on BP, non-compliance to agreed Health Insurance for pensioners, No Pension updation, No 5 Day Banking, NPS should work in line with Govt scheme (14% should be implemented so motto) and should not be in bi-partite agenda. 3 Years time for negotiation, At least 10 days strike (Salary cut) for every settlement (& now they are telling additional PL encashment is a benefit) are some of the FIXES between IBA and UFBU where common Bank men are at the receiving end.

Yes, we know we can't do anything (in dalalon ki bazaar main). Apni sar jhukake kaam karte jana hai and gali khate rehena hai.

We have to be satisfied to be at peace with ourselves. (Probably you have already achieved the feet and suggesting others to follow your path).

True dear well said. We are sorry for that our so called and self styled leaders are not honestly doing charter of demand is very rosy. But see the achievements. Not a single. (Settlement was sure to be)

That you can not do because being bank clerk or officer, you are accountable for work and completion of work as per service conditions. Even if you want not to do, still you can avoid the works. The leaders also knows this very well.

Bank officers salary very very less compare to group D of other department railway, post office
A lineman salary working in elecetricity board is much better than ours bank salary..
