We are Not Slaves who gave authority to the Four Unions to Discuss matters pertaining to OUR ISSUES ?

Whose mistake? 

Who gave authority to the Four Unions to Discuss matters pertaining to OUR ISSUES ? We are Not Slaves 🤔 Why Some body, an outsider should negotiate our Issues ? Are we not  living in a Democratic Country ?  What for we have Formed Retiree Associations ? And what they are supposed to do ? Are they not responsible to take care of our welfare and interests ? If they can't represent us in the Joint meetings, why do we require a Retiree Association? Are they only for collecting subscription from Pensioners and Retirees ? I will ACCUSE the Retiree Associations who are Primarily Responsible for all our Hardships. What steps these Associations have taken all these years other than Writing Letters without any follow up and collecting Subscription from members ? While the UFBU and IBA are Exploiting the Pensioners , the Retiree Associations are making a Fool of Pensioners ! Ultimately, all these Leaders, and Managements have joined hands in making a scapegoat of the Poor and innocent Pensioners😢
