Dear Great Leaders of AIBOC, AIBOA and INBOC

Greetings from Coimbatore

This has reference to your Press Release extending your Total Solidarity to the ongoing Farmers' Agitation against various Bills passed by the Central Government. I too extend my FULL SUPPORT to the Agitation of "Farmers" who are the Backbone of any Country including our's👍

While your Total Solidarity to the Injustice against the Farmer's Community is worth every Praise, a QUESTION REMAINS " What about the Injustice meted out to YOUR OWN Retired Colleagues- the Retirees and Pensioners ? Not a recent issue as the Farmer's but Long Pending Issues of more than Couple of Decades  😢

The Pensioner's issues were handed over to the UFBU and it's constituents in which you also include, but in spite of more than couple of decades there never had any redressal as regards to the Grievances😢

Thanks to the Indifferent attitude of the UFBU and it's constituent Unions in which you also include. 

The IBA too joined Hand in Gloves in the  Anti Retiree Anti Pensioner activities, through their Refusal to hold talks with the Leaders of Recognised Retiree Associations, an Act of Injustice towards the few Lakhs of Pensioners who all are in the category of Senior Citizens, Super Senior Citizens, an Act of Injustice in a Democratic Country like India 😢

Neither the UFBU nor you Leaders of the Constituents of UFBU, were Prepared to Induct one or Few of the Leaders of the Retiree Associations into the Negotiating Committee to impart necessary advise and guidance for the smooth redressal of the various demands, seems to have been a decision by the Negotiators to keep it Pending, Pending and Pending . At this juncture, it may be pointed out that, though you call your Organisations as meant for Serving Employees, it seems few if not many are Controlled by Retired Persons, clinging to the position, like Parasites, under flexible loopholes, may be to be viewed as due to certain vested interests. Perhaps, there could be few such Retired Leaders who may be Drawing Pension, while acting against the Welfare of their own Pensioners Community 😢

When you Allege the Government as Anti Farmer etc You Proved Yourself beyond any Doubt as "ANTI RETIREE AND ANTI PENSIONER" by not doing any good to the Pensioners in relation to Pension Updation and other related long pending grievances🤔 Health Insurance is yet another Great Injustice done by the Team UFBU, towards the Retirees by knowingly and willingly allowing the Insurance Company to charge a very high Premium from the Retirees, while Facilitating the Bank Managements to pay a meagre Premium payable by them on behalf of the Serving Employees. 

While one may accuse the IBA for their indifferent attitude and obstructions in the Redressal of Pensioners Grievances, it SEEMS THAT THE UFBU AND IT'S CONSTITUENTS ARE THE REAL OBSTACLES ON THE PATH OF THE PENSION UPDATION MOVEMENT By not taking up the issues during the BPS Discussions 😢

While You Feel, the act of the Central Government as regards to the Farmer's issue is to be CONDEMNED, Why, Your Act of Neglecting the Welfare of Few Lakhs of Pensioners, by not initiating any constructive  steps during the Past few decades should not be CONDEMNED ? 

Did you, at anytime during the Past or Present, through a Press Release or Circular, ever Condemned the IBA, for their Indifferent Attitude towards the Pensioners, in witholding the Pension Updation, Family Pension and other issues, all these years ?  

Ponder these Questions and We Look Forward to your Answers🙏
