It amounts to 2x3 1/2 = 7 hours labour. So, in that branch *labour of one officer is given without any labour cost to the bank*
Now, 2 officers for 3 1/2 (Three and half) hours = 1 officer labour i.e 50000 officers (upto Scale III approx) means 25000 officers labour is given without any cost to the bank on a each working day excluding holidays. Think about in terms of payment : Rs 2500 avg x 25000 = Rs.6.25 crores daily *Labour without cost to the bank*
