When a customer lodges complaint against BM in the name of misbehaviour (most of the time those are fabricated) Then Management suspends BM immediately without any inquiry. Here accused is AGM so only counselling & advice? #ShameIndianBank
We regret the incidence and agony caused. The person concerned has been counselled and advised to desist from such behaviour henceforth. The matter is resolved. Also, suitable advisory is being sent to field level functionaries to maintain professional work ethics at all times.
