Representation submitted to Supreme Court for pension updation of bankers

Dear bank pensioners
**********************
I had submitted the representation to Supreme court of India stating the problems of pensioners to get updation of pension with a request to advise the govt and the IBA to update our pension as per their verdict or else stop the BPS until our grievances are settled . The Hon'ble chief justice is pleased to book a PIL as per my request which is registered with no 51073/SCI/PIL( E)/2020 .I sincerely hope that SCI must have served notice to the ct concerned parties . I also expect a positive result will come regarding updation of pension. Let us hope for the best friends .

The Pension fund / trusts of Banks should be regulated by PFRDA. There should be transparency and the quantum of funds, investment details, etc should be available in public portal for knowledge of all. This is more important now considering the fact that, some banks may privatised by Govt. in future and the pension fund may subject to PRIVATE LOOT in future.

Dear Shri Chittaranjan Samal ji,

I really appreciate you for your individual efforts to fight for Updation of Pension issue. I Wish you success and all the best. We Pensioners are demanding for updation of pension from the Pension fund created by us, there will be no burden either on the Bank/Govt. Public Sector or on the government. Noticeable that very recently the pension of RBI and NABARD Pensioners have also been updated. Expecting positive results.

With regards,
