Dear public Sector Banks if you want to grow really then you need an overhaul in placing staff to your Administrativ offices and Branches on basis of specialization and working capabilities.
Remove administrative offices staff and post them in branches and post staff who are dedicated and compassionate in administrative offices. Devise a mechanism to post experience and properly trained staff on key posts. You post a CASA Officer on promotion as Branch Head .
How can he handle a branch if he doesn't have experience in credit?
Many officers posted in administrative offices are lazy and don't care for staff in Branches. Specifically you HR department is pathetic. They don't have knowledge and don't assess manpower appropriately.

yes Managers who HAVE NO EXPERIENCE in advances are posted as BH .They keep caalling the operations officer or try to dump the advances work along woth operations and sales on the operations staff which is A MAJOR HINDARANCE in giving service to customers at the counter.ADMINISTRATIVE staff act like bosses even the clerical staff in administrative offices act like bosses over officers and managers and expect instant works to be done since they do not know the pressure the counter staff faces from customers where the customer expects instant service.The administrative staff are rarely posted to the branches so have no idea of the work pressure at the counter They infact complete their whole service by just changing departments in the administrative offices and are oblivious of branch work pressures.
