Our unions can’t deduct even a single rupee without our consent and if you are not satisfied with the settlement, please fill the application letter attached along this mail and submit to the respective regional offices.
Its our hard earned money and we wont let unions to deduct them so easily, so that they can make fortunes of their own at the cost of our money. Just imagine there are around 8.00 lac bank employees in Indian banking industry as whole, if simply 5000/- on an average levy is deducted from everyone, the total amount comes out to be Rs. 400 crores. U just imagine with this money are they going to serve us or themselves. This money is utilized by them for making properties, jewelries for their wives and living a royal life. And they come to us again and again begging like beggars every time.
This is the time to say no to them and don’t let your hard earned money be looted by these selfish union Netas. These parasites have eaten up our trust for long. they don't do work in banks rather do a lot of politics. They are living of charges general of our bank and red voucher. They make thousands every month with these red vouchers besides their salaries. Their chamchas get there posting as such, that they don't need to work and common employees of the bank, who are not backed with these Netas are burdened with work.
Also find letter from union top Netas asking every regional Neta for deduction of levy at the earliest, which simply exposes their lust and hunger for our hard earned money.
This settlement is just an eyewash, you must be remembering that they assured us of a hike of 30 percent and what they accomplished is not even 10 percent. we all must stand committed towards our well-fare by ourselves only. the constitution of India has given us the right so exercise that and remind these Netas that you all have breached our trust and you dont deserve even a single penny from our salary.
