Levy circular by Bank Of Baroda Union

PLEASE CIRCULATE AMONGST OFFICER-COLLEAGUES

CIRCULAR TO MEMBERS NO.22 OF 2015                       10th July 2015

Dear Members,

Re: Salary Revision for Bank Officers –
       Payment of Levy.
                      -------o0o-------

We trust that all officers might have started receiving salary and allowances from the month of June,2015 onwards as per the Jt.Note dated 25th May 2015.Meanwhile, our Bank has already uploaded the amount of difference in medical aid; reimbursement of arrears of medical aid will be made according to claim. The calculations of arrears of pay and allowances is in process and is likely to be paid to all officers by first week of  August 2015.

In tune with the past practice of collecting levy on the occasion of payment of arrears of Wage Revision, our Association has decided to collect levy at the following rates:

Officers in JMG/S-I        ..    Rs.3000/-
       “          MMG/S-II   ..    Rs.5000/-
       “          MMG/S-III  ..    Rs.6000/-
       “         SMG/S-IV   ..    Rs.7000/-

We request each one of you to pay the levy as above and strengthen the financial position of our Association which helps in sustaining our movement during the period of struggle and crisis and further improve our welfare activities.

With greetings,

                                   Yours sincerely,

                                     (K.K.NAIR)
                                    GENERAL SECRETARY
