how long we are going to carry the dead woods

Today I'v attended the meeting of AIBOC (WBSU)....I have been inducted in AIBOC for the first time.I was having many expectations.

As I'm from Asansol, so I'v attended the same through virtual platform....bt *surprisingly* I have seen maximum affiliates made themselves aloofed from this vital meeting at this juncture of Bank Privatization....even I missed  the presence of many of the senior leaders....I don't know the reason....Rightly sir has said that from the activities of UFBU it is clear  they will not do anything rather their silence proves they are supporting it..bt yes...our State Secretary, Sri Sanjay sir has rightly pointed out that *"how long we are going to carry the dead woods"*....it's absolutely true....when we must be on the road unitedly, fighting for our future....bt unfortunately leaving one or two, many of the affiliates love to keep themselves *mum*...being a young banker I can't accept it as it's haunting my future and the future of many of my age of other affiliates also.....our *State leadership is continuously harping on this issue...bt max of us like to be in hibernation*....it's the time for *now or never*.....so my folded hand request to all the comrades, specifically the seniors to kindly start the agitation vehemently every where....for *Asansol-Durgapur* cluster I'm proposing to arrange for bike rally within the town along with one auto with the banner of AIBOC....we will play the recording on anti-privatization during the rally...Sir,I personally promise to bring 100 officers from Bank Of India....bt in one condition only....the rally must be accompanied with the officers from all other affiliates because each one should fight his own battle....kindly post your names in this group only who will take the initiative with us..........Again I will quote our leader who always says one thing....
