We the Banker are Frontline worker or Lastline worker????

Why bankers are thinking they are frontline workers till now I dont understand reasons are as follows:

1. Bankers always got salary fixation with as much as possible delayed with minimum.

2. Till date bankers are not able to get 5 day week although all financial institutions have.

3. Least but not last bankers are forced on duty without taking cares of work situation.
