Canara Bank's Financial Results for 2020-21 - Profits - Performance Linked Incentives as per XI BPS*

Today (18.05.2021), our Bank declared its financial results for 2020-21.

We are happy to learn that our Bank has recorded very good performance under several business parameters.

Under profitability, we are happy that, our Bank has registered  both Operating profits and Net profits.

Members are aware that under XI BPS we have a provision for payment of Performance Linked Incentive basing on Operating/Net profits of the Bank.

We are happy to inform the members that as per these provisions of XI BPS, in our Bank basing on the profits earned we (employees) are eligible for payment of PLI under slab 4 ( Op profit >15% with Net Profits) i.e. 15 days salary (Basic + DA).

We congratulate all our members/colleagues for this wonderful performance by the Bank.
