Poor Common Banker can’t leave the union. Because he/she is the most vulnerable creature. Unions can’t do any good but they can certainly do bad in collusion with management. Bad transfer, undue pressure, bad behaviour and scolding using bad language, PAR, no Promotion etc are ways to suppress the bud of revolt in his / her mind. How bad the BPS may be, he/ she will give the levy (protection money) to the unions even very well knowing the scale of corruption happening with union funds.
Unions know this Becharapan of the common bankers and continuing to rule even after bad to worse BPSs.
But one thing all common bankers can certainly do.
WE CAN CURSE who ever is doing such wrong with us and CURSE silently.

IBA executives
DFS executives
Ministers
Our and our family members collective CURSE will certainly work and our tormentors will get their dues.
