Ramanamurthy..
All wage settlements done by IBA are null & void & unconstitutional reopen the same for justice to bankers as especially after 1980 the life & status of bankers downgraded
We cancel/disolve IBA,
Talks should be only with DFM(department of finance ministry)
That means with IAS officers(cheif ,principal, secretary, under secretary)
Don't want IBA.
Think brothers

This is final meeting, nothing merger of spl alls, Pension updation etc
Iam also for all bankers getting a decent package if not the best package. There are lot of voices calling for scrapping the bipartite talks. Only one thing what i wanted to know is if we opt out of bipartite, then what alternative (pay commission?). What is the guarantee that it will fructify. Even then also what timeline? I believe, without clear alternatives, there is no point in blaming the negotiations on currently.
