DA on transportation allowance will result in effective special allowance of 18. plus.
All stagnation increment will for once in *two* years.

Then why is it not mentioned in circular.
For Central Govt. employees (7th Pay commission), the rate of HRA is 8%,16% & 24% which will be increased to 9%,18%,27% when the DA will be more than 25% and to 10%,20%,30% when DA crosses 50%.
Our Union leaders think 11% uniform HRA at all centres is:
