TODAY'S SMALL COMMITTEE MEETING UPDATION

 Dear Comrades,
Today small committee meeting with IBA took place at Mumbai. IBA led by Shri Alok Kumar Choudhary, DMD SBI. All constituents of UFBU participated. Discussion on load factor on Basic Pay after DA merger and it's impact on Superannuation cost was deliberated. Discussion remained inconclusive. UFBU would meet shortly to crystallize our approach in the light of today's discussion with IBA.
Regards. BANDLISH

Committee is formed to form mini sub committee then mini committee will be formed to deform main committee. Ultimately bankers salary will be less than railway sweeper central govt peons. And bankers will form committee for themselves to see what happens with them by levy masters and iba

It is pre-decided to kill time by IBA &UFBU. IN LAST settlement will be done 3 Saturday off, special allowance not merged but it increased to 15.5% and load in basic will be in between 2.00 to 2.50%. it will be the 2nd worst bipartite settlement. Ist was 10th bipartite settlement when special allowance was introduced without supernuation benefit. If UFBU want to save employees, they should not compromise on special allowance it should be supernuation link in any cost.

Deliberately delaying the matter

Ufbu's stand is not clear.Ufbu has done a great mistake by withdrawing strike call on 11,12 & 13 March. Now IBA is taking own time & delaying the matter. What actually they were doing since last 2&1/2 years? There is also no pressure either from ufbu or clc. Actually it was advised by clc to IBA for regular discussions to come out with final wage revision.First of all no levy should be paid, if however it is binding on paying levy then, the amount of wages for the strike period plus proportionate amount for the delay should be deducted. It is my suggestion.

Merger of Spl allowatce 7.75% in basic pay is more important than increase in load factor above 2% on account of superannuation benefits of the employees
