11th Bipartite ---Think the point below

Dear friends,

We are not counted as a salaried class in the country. We are only equalised to labourers and daily wages earners where only one person can decide to increase/decrease the amount to be paid according to his will. We talked about CPC, we talked about Judicial pay commission, etc. It's only wasting of time and our values. This is because the GOI is yet to recognize our contribution to the nation in one hand and on the other hand, correction of some secret agenda played in the negotiating table is the need of the hour. We strike, we demonstrate, we non co-operate, etc but all these seems a laughing stock for the GOI and its agency IBA and our own management. We ourselves are not fully united to fight our cause.

THINK THE POINTS BELOW:

1.When any court in the country can issue a notice for the proposed strike/agitation instead of supporting our cause, what do we expect from the GOI?

2.When any trade union file petition in the court for the proposed strike/agitation instead of supporting us, what do we expect from the GOI?

3.When RBI which is responsible for all round development in financial sector of the country stays mum for the cause of bankers, should we expect anything from GOI?

4.When all officers from Junior to top management grade are not fully supporting the strike/agitation, don't ever think we will see some good signal from GOI.

5. Last but not the least, I should boldly and frankly say that the delay in any BPS is fully the responsible of UFBU negotiating committee. There is some hidden agenda/agreement with the IBA which is the cause of delay in the settlement.But they are playing blame games outside the negotiating table. We strike, we demonstrate, and suffered lots to comply the Union orders but something goes wrong in the negotiation table which should be immediately corrected to avoid any wage settlement delay in the future BPS.

27 months, 30 plus meetings but no solution yet. We are eligible for entry in "Guinness World Record" to be the longest negotiating committee for the least issue. Let's send application for it. This will be better for us.
