Banking industry is ruined by bankers as they are decent and dedicated professionals. Their dedication to any allocated target blindly make them to suffer as their working conditions are worst and they are not realising it, chasing the target. Please analyse the weapons which are used by management to pressurise a banker:
a. Why a banker can't leave head quarter on leave??
b. Can a banker work without knowing local language but he is bound to work. Posting of a hindi spoken officer in Tamil, Punjab, Gujarat etc where he can't convey his scheme but target should be achieved. Are we working in back office or dealing with localities.
c. We have union in name of union only as our settlement is taken granted to be settled after 3 years. No right to banker as he can't raise voice and will accept every order of government and seniors without analysing the fact. We are bankers not a soldier.
d. Policy failure is treated as banker's failure.
PM KCC is a new order to increase NPA. Present scenario of NPA reveals a lot and such scheme launched now and implemented dedicatedly by bank is also a symbol of dedication to increase NPA. Great finance ministry and top management.
e. A banker should take permission to go to funeral, marriage, birth or treatment also. Individual priority is decided by unknown person who is either social or reserve nature. CL and Medical leave should be sanctioned as applied or intimated. We are begging for our rights. Do we have any right or not.
We are negotiating for what?????
