AIBOC has already given an assurance that it will not sign the BIPARTITE if pension updation and family pension issues are not resolved.Unfortunately AIBEA has not come out with any categorical assurance regarding pension updation. This is were we are having big doubts. If UFBU can issue a joint circular stating that 11th bipartite will not be signed without resolving pensioners issues, everyone will feel relieved and also much satisfied. But that is not happening so far.On the other hand,IBA has tilldate not shared the total "cost of pension updation "as worked out by the actuary (engaged), with UFBU.IBA is not transparent in its approach .IBA is not at all bothered about settling pensioners issue. What we can do?As on date situation is not clear. We don't know what will happen. However, pensioners can knock the doors of supreme court for the redressal of grievances.

Pension funds are sufficient with the Banks. This is contributed funds
But govt treat this as own funds to deprive the retirees from legitimate of increasing pension
At the 11th hour AIBOC also will back out and RETIREES will be left in the lurch.GOD SAVE THE RETIREES.
