Pathetic attitude of Bank management --What a draconian diktat--no leave for officer/manager
Generally people wait for long weekends to take leave & do Important works, spend time with family when they are posted 1000kms away from home town.
But in PSBs, management ensure & threat that Bankers don't take this opportunity.

I am posted in Bharuch Region Gujarat.My home town is Bhilai chhattisgarh which is approximately 1370 KM from my place of posting.As per bank circular bank has provide 7days joining time leave for shifting of family and house hold items at new place of posting. But my higher authority has sanctioned only 2 days joining leave to me and said that you have to manage all the task on these two days ,because we have not given anybody to more than 2days joining leave. I want to asked my senior officer how I will manage all the task in 2days. Today banker life are worst and due to this type of dictator leadership and management ,who doesn't care about their staff.
Bank ke management me ye wo officials hai. Jinhone apni life me kabhi kaam nahi Kiya.
