In today's meeting IBA has not increased its earlier offer but proposed discussion on Performance Linked Pay (PLP) by forming a sub-committee. UFBU decided to meet on 11th Sept to deliberate on this and take a view. Aibea office bearers will meet on 10th.

Tea , coffees and delicious food was taken in meeting thereafter,they have send massages to this point discussion was held.all matter was already conveyed to IBA.again and again same outcome after meeting so not relevant of this type of meeting.God bless to our mighty union leaders
