1. Officer Association is demanding extension of 30 minutes in evening

and

Workmen Union is demanding extension of 30 minutes in morning..

2. There is a contradiction between union and association...

3. Asking Union and Association separately for their opinion is a wrong approach. UFBU should have called both of them and asked their views, appeased both of them and taken a good decision to suit all.

4.Conflict continues between union and association regarding 5 day banking timing. If it is resolved, the long pending issue will come to end soon..

UFBU should recommend to IBA , 15 minutes in morning and 15 minutes in evening..

IBA and Govt to be decide , 30 minutes divided into morning 15 mnts and evening 15 mnts..
