common charter of demands will submit to IBA on 21st October

Four workman unions (AIBEA NCBE NOBW INBEF) and four officers associations ( AIBOC AIBOA INBOC NOBO) will submit the respective common charter of demands to IBA on 21st October. Then we will circulate the demands.
