"Dear Comrades,

In pursuance to the communication received from IBA, representatives of Four Officers' organisations participated in the meeting chaired by Shri A K Goel (Chairman IBA). Apart from exchanging pleasantries, we are happy to inform that meaningful discussions took place on all the residual issues .The details of the meeting will be communicated separately.

[2]  Today also workmen Unions ( AIBEA.NCBE.NOBW INBEF and SENA UNION) had a meeting with IBA on residual issues at Mumbai.The  issues that were taken up by unions are as under :
1. 5 days a week
2. Stagnation increment  
     fitment as per 11th 
      Bipartite
3. pension updation of 
     old retirees.
4. One option of 
     PENSION to RESIGNEES
5.  Currently D.A. is based
      on year 1960 should be replaced with 2016 base
6. Staff welfare fund is at present 3% on Net Profit .It should be on Operating profit
7. Mediclaim premiums should be less for Retirees.
8. Cash timings should be made uniformly as well as timings of the bank branches.
9. FITMENT of Ex- serviceman
10. Allowances to be increased to staff members  working in the area of disturbed state like J&K.

IBA said they will look into these issues positively.

12th bipartite is due from November 2022. So start focus on that. All these are delaying tactics.

Need to concentrate about 12th bps.as per precedence union always have to submit charter of demands, six month before.but now also we are not getting a single word about this
