IDBI Bank hiking the MD n CEOS salary by 10 times from 2.60 lakh per month to 20 lakh per month

IDBI Bank seeks Share holders approval for hiking the salary of MD n CEO ( increase of 10 folds)
Prior to the signing of 8th Joint Note for Officers , the officers and employees were denied of their wage revision for nearly 10 years .
They waged a long battle and struggle snd finally they all agreed for IBA Scales from the present bipartite .
They were earlier drawing scales as per RBI Scheme and benefits included for Officers as much as 140 liters of monthly petrol reimbursement .
Today they all accepted IBA Scales to contain the wage bill and to keep their balance sheet Black .
Today the bank is hiking the MD n CEOS salary by 10 folds !!!!
At the cost of sweat and blood of
thr working force ?!
My question whether MD n CEO will be accountable for all the losses and NPA of the bank ??
