Everyday banker did suicide and the sole reason is unreasonable work pressure..why so??

It's really sad and disappointing again that one more banker did suicide and the sole reason is unreasonable work pressure..why so?? can't we change our working conditions in a favourable manner so that each n every banker work peacefully..we all are giving our best tried our best to fullfill so called unlimited target's..why management is not interfering in these kind of issues..our young n talented employees are under pressure and facing so many health issues n despite all these things doing there duties but still if a person even thinks about suicide attempt than its something which needs attention it's an alarm..indicates worst conditions of us..now the time comes where we need to think about the matter specially our management.. whose interference is must now..so many young students are trying to get job in banking sector but i think seeing such conditions of banker's that day will not so far when not even a single person tries for banking job..it's a serious issue.SAVE BANKERS
