LIC union bagged 15% load with 100% DA neuralization on Basic whereas for Bankers it ws 2.5%. They got #5DaysBanking but Banks still working on alternate saturday. Bank Unions called it a historic settlement but RRBians still have to wait for 1 more year for their Arrears!!
This is height of patience for Bankers now. We want same notification for #5DaysBanking immediately. We will not tolerate such discrimination anymore kindly look into it and notify for the same
13.5 lac Bankers Working in Pandemic since 1 year, with 600+ Deaths till now (Mortality Rate 4 times)
But declared 5 Days Week for LIC only? Why not #5DaysBanking for #CoronaWarriors in such tough situation.
