Dear Friends,

I have shared my opinion about working in bank few times but still people keep asking me same questions again and again, so I am sharing my opinion once again for those people

If anyone feel offended, it's personally my view and not contradicting others

Now a Days, Banking is not a desk job where you go and do transactions and return back

Banking is a mixture of Sales Pressure and Operational Pressure. Every Bank Every Role has different objectives and targets. For achieving the targets,Officials and Bosses whom ur working under will share u the pressure mounting on them for survival

Those who can handle pressure and stick will have growth and for others its a waste job

Any Bank recruiting people like us is giving a chance to grow and shine in life while enhancing our skills.

In Bank, every role has different targets and pressure depending on various conditions. It is those who want to survive sustain pressure but for others it's like a hell in the branch

Those who critize Bank failed to understand the basic thing that Bank has given them opportunity to work and so they are able to critize the Bank and Work pressure they are facing

One should remember that Growth happens not merely on hard work but also little smart work essential for Organisation

I heard lot of people saying that there Bosses are so bad and they work so hard

I completely agree with them to an extent but also disagree

Remember they are also once in ur position and reached top. They have full right to pressurise u but we people think in a wrong way

Bank has recruited people based on there caliber. If u have qualified for the job,its basis on ur own merit but not based on ur Sex, Religion, Caste or State

Bank based on there requirements and vacancies will allot role and the state

All the PO programmes banks are offering is to train candidates and give little exposure so that they wil not face so much stress in the branch

I hear some people say negatively and some people say positively about the PO Program but the fact is

"Good or Bad" ur the one who faces the heat and struggle not the one who suggests u

I say understand and value each and everyone opinion but choose wisely

People think that I am saying because I had growth so I m saying all the words sweetly but the fact is

I have faced and struggled so much initially but survived and now in a good position

I am not into ICICI but I value the bank so much because the Bank has given opportunity to work

So please understand the situation of yours and choose career wisely
