1st question why we joined union after 3yrs IBA. Accepted only one demand that is family pension updation that is also not marked in MOU so my humble request to bank employees silently sit .

All the unions and so called leaders are cheaters. They have gained nothing. All the above demands were there in charter of demand. But they achieved nothing. Increase was supposed to be and it did. But what they. Achieve ?

Central government pension is 60% of BP
What about bankers. Pl think total Basic pay in CG can be Rs 125000/-@ of 50%
Where there is equality in banks bank executive can not equivalent CG lass 1 or so
