Bipartite settlement (11th) detailed working & Arrears is expected to be released by first fortnight of October 2020-
As we inch toward XIth BPS settlement inking, your Federation has already submitted three Write ups-
01) Improvements / modifications sought in Mediclaim Policy
02) Demand for one more Pension option
03) Till such time one more Pension option is not settled, demand for increasing the Management's share of PF at 14% in line with NPS contributions.
We hope that the final contours will be drawn & we all will get arrears by end Sept / first fortnight of October.
Regarding the question of Levy from Settlement Arrears, we would like to clarify that Federation has no plans to collect levy.
In our set up, zonal units are independent bodies and the entire monthly fees remitted by members accrue to them every month Theoratically, Zones can independently collect levy from members. We had left the dicision regarding levy to them - we are happy to announce that all the zonal units have unanimously decided not to collect any levy from 11th BPS settlement arrears.
