- Station Controller/ Train Operator: Engineering Diploma in Electrical / Electronic or equivalent or B.SC. Honors in physics/ Chemistry/ Maths.
- Customer Relations Assistant (CRA): Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University and Computer knowledge.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): Engineering Diploma in Electrical or equivalent.
- Junior Engineer (Electronics): Engineering Diploma in Electronics / Electronics & Communication
- Junior Engineer (Mechanical): Engineering Diploma in Mechanical
- Junior Engineer (Civil): Engineering Diploma in Civil
- Office Assistant: BA/ B.Sc/ B.Com from a recognized University.
- Accounts Assistant: B.Com from a recognized University.
- Stenographer: Graduate in any discipline with one year course in office management and secretarial practice.
- Maintainer: ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in Specific trade.
