WHY BANKERS ARE TREATED AS SECOND GRADE CITIZENS?

WHY BANKERS ARE TREATED AS SECOND GRADE CITIZENS?
I dont understand why bankers are treated as second grade citizens, we don't get answer from my almighty leader   friends.and other
1. CPC, though Pillai committee recommended salary on par with central govt more than three decades ago but till today we are 27% behind of central employee.
2. 5 day week though it is available to RBI and central govt offices.
3. Now OROP is given to ex servicemen whereas same is not extended to bankers. Instead our basic pay is reduced so that in future we get less pension.
4. Till now Administrative Tribunal facility is not provided which is available to central govt employees/officials.
5.Next settlement will be one of the worst settlement if things continue like this.
6.Risk and responsibilities in job field day to day increases in banking industries but in central Govt office nothing.
7.Now bank start to sell everything in the name of third party product to generate  more income  where as in other department  it is nothing
8. DA  for central employee minimum 12%(6+6  or 5+7%) in two half  but in banking industries in each half maximum 4..5% to 5%

I appeal bankers instead of blaming others, be active and make others active. As long as we are lazy on our issues even God cannot help us. Bankers are so typical they don't help even those who are fighting for the common cause. We got second pension option for Global trust bank officials, not a single person enquired how we got and who are responsible for that benefit forget about felicitating that.
I appeal all bankers to join in one platform and try to reject the retired leader from union.
