TRANSFERS WITHIN THE STATE:-
Transfer policy in State Bank Of Hydabad. There was
wonderful policy, scale-I officials were transferred within
the region. Scale-II officials were transferred within Zone.
Scale-III officials were transferred within state and Scale-
IV officials any where India.
Officers Association was affiliated to AIBOC, they were doing their work so professionally absolutely no complaint from officers, as transfers done to officers in such a way that every alternative transfer will be their choice of place.
Such policy has to be adopted by all banks, so that officers work with more zeal and enthusiasm instead of frustration and discomfort. Bank will not loose anything with such policy only when we fill our heart with humanity we can implement such great human friendly policies.
