12th BPS' MOU get signed with 10% or 13% improvement over 11th BPS.

Actually, since MOF, DFS had not delivered the justice, on UPDATION OF BASIC PENSION & RE ADDING THE SEPARATED special pay with BASIC PAY, petitions have been filed in court(s). Hence, these two matters are " Sub judice ". This status is kept ALIVE while several thousands of Service Pensioners lost their LIFE.
But, UFBU, IBA cleverly deployed diversion. Medical Insurance Premium kept at exorbitant Rate. Like Chewing gum, this issue taking out the left over energy of Retirees. This game goes on till 12th BPS' MOU get signed with 10% or 13% improvement over 11th BPS.
HENCE, LET US PAY OUR BEST ATTENTION for :
1) BASIC PENSION Updation FOR all Retirees, on the lines of RBI STAFF PENSION POLICY, 2019.
2) Commutation amount recovery from Retirees : same amount of EMI as existing now. But, EMI months must be reduced to 132 only. Not 180 months. RETIREES must not be forced to REPAY much more MONEY to EMPLOYER PSB than the exact amount of money as per EMI x 132 months.
3) ONE TIME PAYMENT OF INR 40,000/- to the NOMINEE, towards FINAL RITES / FUNERAL CHARGES of the SERVICE RETIREE & FAMILY PENSIONER, by the Pension paying branch, upon receiving DEATH INTIMATION from that Nominee & CONFIRMATION by that BRANCH's Officer, after due enquiry.
