As per the instructions of the IBA 9th Joint note, a committee was created to discuss the Dearness Allowance merger formula for the 12th BPS Salary revision. The committee will discuss the demand for :
1. New DA formula after merger 8088 points
2. Impact on Cost of Calculation as per CPI
It is for the betterment of all banks to settle the 12th Bipartite Wage Revision before upcoming elections.
