My suggestion is home sacrifice movement apart from Delhi

Soon, through Chairman IBA, the Finance Secretary will be written a letter to the Government of India and informed about the movement.

 because this fight is with government

We will resolve our internal problems later on..

With such minds we can fight... Other wise....

Government and management policy hai foot dalo raj karo.

We have to take support of all of our unions and will have to fight collectively against this 'Tanashahi' govt.. We will also have to take support of opposition leaders, media houses and common people who are our customers by convincing them emotionally

We shall seek the legal aspect too for public intrest litigation.......on the ground of discrimination to emloyee of diffrent bank.....though all have entered through common ibps test for public sector bank.

Bhai sahab... indefinate strike announce kro... phle 4-5 din ki kro jisme Saturday Sunday off ho..

And After that Only indefinate.. otherwise kuch nhi hoga..saare bankers ko pta hai ki ek din ki strike se kuch nhi hoga.. Direct indefinate announce kro.... otherwise. saare banks beche gi sarkar...yeh demonstration drama hai.....

Sir it's time to unite all the trade unions including railway and other govt department and plan for nationwide strike country wide tab toh kuch ho jayega
