Dear conver please do not come under the influence of any UFBU constituent as it happened in previous settlement by agreeing for creation of a new allowence (spl allow),do not defer the strike until all the demands are achieved.Do not sign for PLI,again you may have to fight for withdrawal of the same in next settlement as it is happening with spl allow now
