Dont give excuse that country economy is going through very testing time.
If the economy is going through testing time, than five days working in all govt sector and pay should be discontinue with immediate effect.special allowance of benkers should be included with basic pay and load factors should be atleast 13% in basic pay. Then no bankers will go on strike. Pension should be revised with every settlement. Pay scale should be running. Salary and allowances of ministers and mp, mla should be equal to class one officer of bank.
Bankers salary is less than central government retired employees. Bankers salary is being related to country economy. They are already contributing By doing work without salary After working hours. What can they more in demonitisation time these employees worked. From 10 am to. 3 am. Next day. For months together
Shame on you IBA. Bosses. If banks are in losses. What is fault of employees. Make them either social institutios. Are profit making. By stoping doing social works. Why loss making. Rural branches are being opened. Why. Like. rtgs and next free.
All income of MP, Minister be liable for income tax and retirement age be fixed for them
