#3_day_strike in March is Very important, as it covered 6 day Bank strike including Holi and 2nd Sat-sunday.
Still We are sure that many of us criticise this action plan also, as they are born for criticise not for action.

First time a demands have come openly. Very genuine demands. Time for tired leaders to do good for bankers who give you huge money as monthly subscription. Otherwise you will be. Fired

Nothing new will happen.Ultimately all the strikes will be either deferred or withdrawn. Settlement will be done in the month of april and arrear will be given in the month of may for 30 months
