Surendra Nath Supratik Pandey you are correct. This is only a gimmick by the UFBU. After so many one day / two day strikes for years a meagre and salary increase will be signed. The employees will be befooled by the unions that it is a hard won epoch making clarion settlement. The unions will get a huge levy. I wonder why the bank employees still accede to the worth less cheating UNIONS!
