NOT ACCEPTABLE* We all hearing this two word sentence from previous year and dont know how long we have to hear it, our representatives goes to meeting with IBA and comes with a new date and above sentence every time....before the meeting we all think this is last bt at the end of the day what we get? A new date.. Actully i dont understand why they are going to meeting when result is already known.. So many failure of talk puts a question mark on capability of union...it means we are part of such union that is not in a situation to negotiate with management.they offer 2%. Now they offer 6%.. So total enhancement in one year is 4%...and our union did 2 days strike in protest... We all lost our 2 days pay and gets nothing in return still at the same place where we started.... If union is not able to take any strict decision then there is no need of such Union.. We all donate some amount every month not to hear *NOT ACCEPTABLE* Either take some strict dicision or say *HMSE NA HO PAYEGA*

NEXT 11TH BIPARTITE MEETING ON 14.10.2018 AT MUMBAI
