AIBEA & AIBOC, the main players in UFBU are just playing a dirty game conspiring with IBA. All members should note that initially IBA offered 2% , then 6% & on 12th reiterated it's stand on 6%. Immediately coming out of the meeting, UFBU should have declared agitation program giving notice to IBA of 4 days strike from 13/11/2018 to 17/11/2018 which would have affected banking business for 5 days 18/11/2018 being Sunday. Again 19/11/2018 Monday and 20/11/2018 a holiday. This could have created panic in banking sector. But UFBU is going hands in hand with IBA not showing any agressiveness or retaliation about IBA's anti bank employees attitude who presume bank employees as beggars and throwing pieces of bread of 2% & 6% to which Besharam UFBU leaders showing no reaction whatsoever. This is just disgusting and disappointing to lakhs of bank employees. In my opinion if UFBU not doing anything all bank employees shall go on mass leave from 13/11/2018 to 19/11/2018 for 6 days using Privilege Leave (PL). This will save everyone from any deduction from salary which may happen in case of strike and definitely affect the bank business throughout the country. But it should be a MASS LEAVE with participation of each and everyone.
