MODI PLUS RETIRED LEADER HOTAU BANK BANCHAU

Today We all are very eager to know the day when the 11th Bipartite settlement in Banking will be done in all Public Sector Banks but the D day is not coming

Every time every meeting of IBA and UFBU comes to an end without any result or Final Outcome.

Expectations are very high but hopes are very low because IBA is stuck with one word that is NPA NPA And only NPA.

i am fed up and i hate this stupid word NPA............ which is the main obstacle in the growth of public sector banks. It is increasing only because Government is using debt waiver schemes as their vote banks,

Every time when we hope for a good wage revision burden of This stupid word on Banks Profitability through water on all my hopes......But i want to ask IBA????? why this word is not announced so many times in 5 years in between the times of our salary revision or settlement is not due????????.

God knows?????? when we will listen this charming word that 11th Bipartite settlement is done at minimum 25 percent along with 5 day banking.

We Bankers have played a vital role to make successful governments Demonetization scheme, Digitization scheme, Pension schemes, Jewan Jyoti and Suraksha Bima Yojna, Mudra schemes, Awas Yojna etc etc etc but what we get at the end that is..................................
