Sub : XI th BIPARTITE
Core Committee
Meeting.
Today at IBA office in Mumbai "Core Committee Meeting" between IBA and Workmen Unions took place.
*Nothing worth mentioning here has happened.*
ISSUES DISCUSSED :
1. *Demonetisation days' Overtime Payment* : IBA has already issued a Circular Letter informing all member Banks that if Overtime Duty was performed as per Office Order or approved by branch, then, Overtime Allowance may be paid.
2. *Leave Matters* : Only discussions took place. But it remained inconclusive. Topics discussed were : Leave Bank, PL Accumulation, PL Encashment, Sabbatical Leave, Child care Leave, Study Leave, Extraordinary Leave.
3. *Disciplinary Actions and Procedures* : During last meeting a sub - committee was appointed in this regard. Only discussion and exchange of views took place.
4. *Overtime* : Late sitting due to CBS system prolem was the centre point. Amicable solution on this issue may come out during future meetings.
*Stagnation Increments* : Unions demand Improvement in stagnation increments Scheme. Only primary discussion took place.
*Offer on Wage Revision* : Entire data from member banks will be received by IBA within next ten days. Data is about expenses on staff and profits.
*THERE WAS NO OFFER FROM IBA on wage revision.*
*Next Meeting* : There was no hint from IBA in this regard. But they will soon inform the date to Unions.
